Welcome!

Nature inspires me, the beauty of my surroundings, the grace of people and animals. I must pick up my pastels and paint. I invite you to journey with me and if something strikes your fancy - order it and I hope it brings you great joy.

I started painting with pastels several years ago and fell in love immediately. The wide variety of pure pigment, the tactile nature of painting by, holding them in your fingers.  My style is a mix of impressionist, expressionist and pure Eileen.  I look forward to every new painting for what it teaches me. I paint landscapes, mountains, chickens, city scenes, gardens, clouds, sunsets and anything else that captures my imagination.

I am committed to growing my skills and  have taken many workshops and will continue to do so.  I have been juried into many shows and  am starting to win awards.

I am  member of Piedmont Pastel Society, the Pastel Society of North Carolina, Appalachian Pastel Society, and Carolina Painting Guild.  I have been juried into the Pastel Guild of Europe and the American Pastel Society. I am a featured artist at both the Red Dog Gallery, and the Arts Place in Stokes.
